Nexrent Corporation was established in July 2009, through the merger with SB REX Co., Ltd. (founded in December 1996) and Nichiele Corporation (founded in January 1986).
Both companies have been running the business of rental and sale of test & measurement equipments as wholly owned subsidiary companies of Sumitomo Mitsui Finance & Leasing Company, Limited (SMFL).
